Who we are
This website is run by LearnEX Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra, India. It covers LearnEX Consulting, LearnEX Digital and the LearnEX customer portal.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries. When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, organization, and anything else you choose to add (role, phone, area of interest and your message), together with the page you came from. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it. The form is delivered to our team by email; the website does not keep its own copy.
- WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with our team in WhatsApp. What you send there is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Customer portal. If your organization licenses LearnEX software, we hold your name, email address, organization and account status so you can sign in and download releases. We also keep a record of sign-ins and downloads to secure your account and support your licence.
Cookies and local storage
The marketing pages set no tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics. Your browser remembers your Light / Dark / System choice in local storage on your own device. The customer portal uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our email and host the website and portal, and only so they can provide that service, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you. We keep portal accounts while your organization's licence is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and record-keeping.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email deval@learnexconsulting.com and we will respond promptly.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date below.
